Is it legal to use drones for aerial real estate photography?

Yes. The proper use of drones for aerial real estate photography is 100% legal. Patriot Drone Aerial Imaging abides by the regulations governing commercial drone use, known as FAA Part 107.

What does it cost?

Surprisingly less than you'd expect. Video production is priced at our standard hourly rate, and HDR and aerial pictures are priced the same as standard photography. We also run specials you can take advantage of. Contact us to discuss your needs and get a quote.

Is there a long lead time to book a shoot?

Typically less than 48 hours, though the more notice you can give us, the better.

What if I need a high-resolution image for a flyer or website?

No problem and no additional charge. Just let us know and we'll provide it.

Do I need to do anything to the photos before putting them on the MLS?

No. We deliver them MLS-ready, in the highest resolution the MLS allows.
